(IV) ADVISE THE BOARD ON THE THOUGHTS AND
FEELINGS OF STUDENTS.

(2)  UNLESS INVITED TO ATTEND BY AN AFFIRMATIVE
VOTE OF A MAJORITY OF THE COUNTY BOARD, THE STUDENT MEMBER
MAY NOT ATTEND AN EXECUTIVE SESSION THAT RELATES TO:

(I)  HEARINGS ON APPEALS OF SPECIAL
EDUCATION PLACEMENTS;

(II)  HEARINGS HELD UNDER § 6-202(A) OF
THIS ARTICLE; OR

(III)  COLLECTIVE BARGAINING.

(3) (I) THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION CREATING
A STUDENT NONVOTING MEMBER ARE OF NO EFFECT AND MAY NOT BE
ENFORCED AFTER JULY 1, 1983.

(II) IF THE BOARD AGREES BY MAJORITY VOTE
TO RETAIN A STUDENT MEMBER, THE PROVISIONS OF THIS
SUBSECTION MAY BE REINSTATED AFTER JULY 1, 1983.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980.

(House Bill 1145)

AN ACT concerning

Prince George's County - Alcoholic Beverages -

Class B Catering License Licenses

PG 327-80

FOR the purpose of altering the minimum capital investment
for a Class BLX license; providing in Prince George's
County for a special Class B on-sale beer, wine and
liquor license to be known as a Class BCE license for
catering establishments with certain capital
investments and seating capacities; specifying the
license fee and the maximum number of licenses to be
issued; directing the board of license commissioners to
prescribe rules and regulations governing the manner,
means, and times alcoholic beverages may be dispensed
on the licensed premises; and generally relating to
alcoholic beverages in Prince George's County.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
