RESULT FROM THE CONTINUED VIOLATIONS.

ANY PERSON WHO VIOLATES ANY PROVISION OF THIS SUBTITLE
IS GUILTY OF A MISDEMEANOR AND ON CONVICTION IS SUBJECT TO A
FINE NOT EXCEEDING $250 OR IMPRISONMENT NOT EXCEEDING 11
MONTHS OR BOTH.

SUBJECT TO THE EVALUATION AND REESTABLISHMENT
PROVISIONS OF THE REGULATORY PROGRAMS EVALUATION ACT OF
1978, THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SUBTITLE AND OF ANY RULE OR
REGULATION ADOPTED UNDER THIS SUBTITLE SHALL TERMINATE AND
BE OF NO EFFECT AFTER JULY 1, 1986.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the members
of the State Board of Inspection of Horse Riding Stables
holding office on July 1, 1980 shall continue to serve until
the expiration of their terms.

SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the
employee of the State Board of Inspection of Horse Riding
Stables employed as of July 1, 1980 shall be transferred to
the State Department of Agriculture at the same salary and
classification as a full-time employee, and all books,
papers, records, furnishings, and personal property of the
Board shall be transferred from the Department of Licensing
and Regulation to the State Department of Agriculture.

SECTION 5. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980.
