(3) Then southwestwardly southwest along an
extension of South East Avenue to its intersection with the
northwest branch of the Patapsco River.

(m) (n) (o) The boundary between wards 16 and 20 shall
be as follows:

(1)  Beginning at the intersection of Woodington
Road and Edmondson Avenue continuing eastward east along the
center line of Edmondson Avenue to West Franklin Street; and

(2)  Then eastward east along the center line of
West Franklin Street to North Fulton Avenue.

(n) (o) (p) The boundary between wards 16 and 19 shall
be as follows:

Beginning at the intersection of North Fulton
Avenue and West Franklin Street and continuing eastward east
along the center line of West Franklin Street to North Carey
Street.

(o) (p) (q) The boundary between wards 19 and 20 shall
be as follows:

(1)  Beginning at the intersection of the
Baltimore and Ohio Railroad right-of-way and South Monroe
Street, continuing northward north along the center line of
South Monroe Street to West Baltimore Street.

(2)  Then eastward east along the center line of
West Baltimore Street to North Fulton Avenue; and

(3)  Then northerly north along the center line
of North Fulton Avenue to West Franklin Street.

(p) (q) (r) The boundary between wards 16 and 18 shall
be as follows:

Beginning at the intersection of North Carey
Street and West Franklin Street, continuing eastward east
along the center line of West Franklin Street to Fremont
Avenue.

(q) (r) (s) The boundary between wards 18 and 19 shall
be as follows:

Beginning at the intersection of West Pratt
Street and South Carey Street, continuing northward north
along the center line of Carey Street to West Franklin
Street.

(r) (s) (t) The boundary between wards 21 and 22 shall
