[(h)](I) "Person" includes an individual, corporation,
business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, two
or more persons having a joint or common interest, or any
other legal or commercial entity.

[(i)](J) "Retail sale" means the sale of a product for
purposes other than resale.

This subtitle may be cited as the Maryland GASOHOL AND
Gasoline Products Marketing Act.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980.

AN ACT concerning

Foreclosure - Notice to Subordinate Lender

FOR the purpose of requiring the holder of a mortgage or
deed of trust having priority over a subordinate
interest to notify the subordinate lender of any
impending foreclosure. permitting the holder of a
mortgage or other security interest to give certain
notice to a holder of a prior mortgage or deed of
trust; and requiring certain notice to the subordinate
mortgage or security interest under certain conditions.
