SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article 43 - Health

325.

The provisions of this subtitle creating the Board of
Barber Examiners and relating to the regulation of barbers
and any regulations promulgated under this subtitle are of
no effect and may not be enforced after July 1, [1981] 1987.

427B.

Section 406A(E)(1), (E)(2), (F), (G) AND (H) of this
subtitle creating the Board of Certification of waterworks
and relating to the regulation of waterworks is of no effect
and may not be enforced after July 1, [1981] 1987.
