remaining due, as in the case of landlord and tenant. No
provision of this section is intended to interfere with the
right of the purchaser or those claiming under him to have
possession of the property, except as to the part occupied
by the crop, with necessary ingress or egress.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980.

AN ACT concerning
Vehicle Laws - Registration and Weight Limits
FOR the purpose of permitting certain vehicles to operate
intrastate on State highways, and on designated truck
routes, under certain circumstances; authorizing the
Motor Vehicle Administrator to accept certain
interstate agreements providing for the issuance of
trip permits to certain vehicles under certain
circumstances; changing the vehicle registration fee
schedules and increasing the fees of certain classes of
vehicles; changing the basis for determining certain
registration fees; changing the maximum gross weight of
certain vehicles; revising the description of certain
classes of vehicles; altering the maximum gross weight
imposed on the ground surface by the wheels of an axle
or axles; specifying an overall maximum gross axle
weight; providing that the gross weight of vehicles may
not exceed the registered gross weight; and generally
relating to the registration and weight limitation of
certain vehicles.
