AN ACT concerning

County Commissioner, Charter and Code Home Rule
Counties - Express Powers

FOR the purpose of giving county commissioner, charter and
code home rule counties the power to enact laws
conditioning the acceptance of certain land development
proposed approved by appropriate local authorities upon
compliance by the developer with certain regulations
promulgated by the Public Service Commission of
Maryland.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:
