Centers, and that the

Community Adult

Rehabilitation Centers

shall be designed in

such a manner to

provide ventilation
without the use of air
conditioning.

Maryland House of Correction:
To supplement the
appropriation

"Construction of a
Supportive Service
Building..." as shown on
pages 2693 and 2694 of the
Acts of 1977; Section 1(6)
of Chapter 671 of the Acts
of 1977 being hereby
modified to the extent
that said work may begin
upon                      satisfactory

assurances to the Board of
Public Works that said
project can be completed

planning and preparation of

detailed plans and

specifications for the

Adult Rehabilitation Center

for Frederick County (30

beds), Howard County (30 beds)
and Washington County (30
beds), are expended, the sites

of the Centers shall be

subject to review and approval
by the Senate Budget and
Taxation Committee and the

House Committee on

Appropriations. If the
Committees do not take action
the proposed sites with ninety
days after the sites are
presented to the Committees,
the sites as presented shall
be considered go approved.
