all fail to be

enacted.

Provided that before any
State           funds         are

expended for sites,
planning                        and

preparation of

detailed plans and
construction                 of

Community Adult

Rehabilitation

Centers, whether that

State's share is one

hundred percent or

seventy-five percent,

sites of each Center
shall be subject to
review and approval by

the Senate Budget and

Taxation Committee and

the House Committee on

Appropriations. If

the Committees do not

take action on the

proposed sites within

ninety days after the

sites are presented to

the Committees, the

sites as presented

shall be considered as

approved.

The appropriation of

$9,667,800 is reduced
by $1,587,000 for the
acquisition of a site,

planning and

preparation of

detailed plans and

specifications and

construction of a

Community Adult

Rehabilitation Center

in Anne Arundel

County. The Community

Adult Rehabilitation

Center in Anne Arundel

County shall be

located at the Jessup
