1980 DEFICIENCY APPROPRIATION

23.05.01.02 General Emergency Fund
To become available
immediately upon passage of
this budget to supplement
the appropriation for fiscal
year 1980 to provide funds
to the Board of Public
Works. These funds are to
be used for supplementing
appropriations in the budget
for fiscal year 1980 where
it is found that the regular
appropriations                        are

insufficient for the
operating expenses of the
Government beyond those
which are contemplated at
the time of the
appropriation of the budget
for this fiscal year, or for
any other contingencies
which might arise within
State or other governmental
agencies, or as provided by
law, during the fiscal year
for which adequate provision
has not been made in this
budget.

23.05.01.20 Fuel Contingency Fund
To become available
immediately upon passage of
this budget to supplement
the appropriation for fiscal
year 19 80 to finance fuel
and utility cost increases
resulting from increases in
unit prices of petroleum and
utilities products in excess
of those provided for in the
budget. The General Fund
Appropriation herein
authorized may be
transferred by approved
budget amendment to other
State agencies.
