General Fund Appropriation,

provided that $222,518 of

the amount appropriated are

restricted to and shall be

transferred to the

Department of Personnel for

the payment of

Hospitalization Insurance,

appropriated herein for

these purposes: however, the
total amount of

reimbursement shall not

exceed $9,947,827, and

provided further that the
University Hospital shall

report to the General

Assembly the amounts

included in the rates

authorized by the Health

Services Cost Review

salary adjustments and

personnel fringe benefits
that have been billed and

the amounts actually

collected during fiscal year

provided that this

appropriation shall be

restricted to, and expended

only, for Hospital

renovation projects and for
the purchase of Hospital
equipment and shall not be
transferred to any other

function or purpose; any

amount not actually expended
for renovation or for

equipment by June 30, 1981

shall revert to the State
