ate appropriated in various
University budgets to pay
for Data Processing
utilization. Authorization
is hereby granted to use
receipts from data
processing services for
operating expenses under
this program.

36.02.02.10 Maryland Institute of

Emergency Medicine

General Fund Appropriation,
provided that $1,118,769 of

the amount__appropriated is

restricted__to and shall be

transferred to the

Department of Personnel for

the payment of

Hospitalization Insurance,

Employer's Social Security,
Teachers' Retirement and

Employees' Retirement, and

provided that any actual

cash receipts generated from

salary adjustments and

fringe benefit allowances

specifically authorized in

the permanent rate structure

of Maryland Institute of

Emergency Medicine by the

Health Services Cost Review
Commission shall be reverted
to the Treasury to reimburse

the general funds

appropriated herein for

these purposes; however, the

total amount of

reimbursement shall not

exceed $1,118,769, and

provided further that the

Maryland Institute of

Emergency Medicine shall

report to the General

Assembly the amounts

included in the rates

authorized by the Health

Services Cost Review

Commission pertaining to

salary adjustments and

personnel fringe benefits

that have been billed and

the amounts actually

collected during fiscal year
