Resident. Trooper services
shall be subject to indirect
cost recovery, such recovery
shall not include items of
expense given free of charge
to local police departments
of the State; such indirect
costs recovered shall be
utilized as Special Funds
for the operation of this
program.

Funds appropriated to the
Department of Transportation
— Maryland Transportation
Authority to support highway
safety will be used to
defray the cost of Maryland
State Police patrolling John
F. Kennedy Memorial Highway.
Authorization is hereby
granted to use such payments
from the Department of
Transportation as Special
Funds for operating expenses
under Program 35.06.01.02 —
Field Operations Bureau.

Funds appropriated to the
Comptroller's office will be
