OF GONORRHEA AND SYPHILIS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY THE
LABORATORY ON INDIVIDUAL REPORT FORMS. A LABORATORY, THE
SECRETARY, HEALTH OFFICER, OR THEIR AGENT MAY NOT COMPILE OR
DISTRIBUTE ANY LIST IN A REPRODUCIBLE FORM FROM THE POSITIVE
LABORATORY REPORT FORMS, OF THE NAMES OF THE PERSONS FROM
WHOM THE SPECIMENS WERE OBTAINED.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980.

(Senate Bill 405)

AN ACT concerning

Racing Commission - Licenses for Successive Owners

Harness Racing Board - Assignment of Racing Dates

FOR the purpose of permitting the Racing Commission to issue

licenses for the holding of trotting and pacing

meetings to successive owners of facilities currently

held by certain licensed associations; clarifying

language; and making this Act an emergency measure. up
to a certain number of licenses for trotting and pacing
meetings; allowing the Harness Racing Board to
temporarily assign racing dates under certain
conditions; providing that certain temporary
assignments of racing dates are a license and not a
franchise; specifying the distributions required by law
to be made from the betting at these meetings;
clarifying language; making this Act an emergency
measure; and providing for the automatic termination of
portions of this Act.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Section 17(a)

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1975 Replacement Volume and 1979 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:
