(2) "Industrial Project PROJECT" does not
include any mercantile, retail, or service establishment
except as specified in paragraph (l)(iii) and (vii) of this
subsection.

(E) THE AUTHORITY MAY NOT APPROVE ANY MORTGAGE FOR AN
INDUSTRIAL PROJECT IN WHICH THAT INVOLVES FACILITIES OF A
RACETRACK PARTICIPATES, UNLESS THE PROJECT IS APPROVED BY
THE MARYLAND RACING COMMISSION.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980.

AN ACT concerning

Prince George's County - Bowie Racetrack Access Road

FOR the purpose of transferring certain funds to the State
of Maryland upon the condition that the State build an
access road to the Bowie Racetrack. specifying the use
for certain race track revenues previously distributed
to or hereafter available to Prince George's County;
providing for the transfer of these revenues to the

State for deposit in the Bond Annuity Fund;

transferring the funding of an access road to the Bowie
Race Track from Prince George's County to the State of
Maryland upon a contingency; making this Act contingent
on another Act; and providing for funding of a road to
the Bowie Race Track.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That all funds for which Prince George's County is
eligible under Article 78B, Section 19(d) of the Annotated
Code and which are being held on the effective date of this
Act in escrow to build an access road to the Bowie Racetrack
shall be transferred to the State for deposit in the Bond
