COMMISSIONER SHALL SUBMIT A VOUCHER TO THE COUNTY TREASURER
FOR REIMBURSEMENT.

(B) THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS SHALL RECEIVE A 4 PERCENT
RAISE IN SALARY WHEN THE RATE OF CHANGE IN THE CONSUMER
PRICE INDEX FOR THE MOST RECENTLY AVAILABLE 12-MONTH PERIOD
IS 7 PERCENT OR GREATER. THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS SALARY IS
NOT TO EXCEED $18,000 ANNUALLY.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980.
