(B) ADDITIONAL STAFF SHALL BE PROVIDED BY THE MARYLAND
HEALTH PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT AGENCY.

EACH MEMBER OF THE COMMISSION IS ENTITLED TO
REIMBURSEMENT FOR EXPENSES UNDER THE STANDARD TRAVEL
REGULATIONS, AS PROVIDED IN THE STATE BUDGET.

(A)  THE COMMISSION SHALL RECEIVE SUCH FUNDS AS ARE
PROVIDED IN THE BUDGET.

(B)  THE GOVERNOR MAY APPLY FOR ANY FEDERAL, PRIVATE,
OR OTHER FUND SOURCES TO SUPPORT THE COMMISSION.

(C)  THE COMMISSION SHALL REPORT ITS FINDINGS AND
RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY BY JULY 1, 1982.

ANY PROGRAM ADOPTED UNDER THIS SUBTITLE TERMINATES ON
JANUARY 1, 1983 UNLESS, PRIOR TO ITS TERMINATION, ITS PERIOD
OF OPERATION IS EXTENDED BY AN ACT OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY
OR THE GOVERNOR.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980.
