A VIOLATION OF THIS ARTICLE.

(D) NOTHING CONTAINED IN THIS SECTION SHALL BE
CONSTRUED AS NEGATING THE PROVISIONS OF THE MARYLAND
BUILDING CODE FOR THE HANDICAPPED AND AGED PROMULGATED UNDER
ARTICLE 41, SECTION 257JK.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980.

AN ACT concerning

St. Mary's County - Education Budget

FOR the purpose of altering certain budget categories for
St. Mary's County Board of Education.

BY adding to

Article - Education

Section 5-10l(i)

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1978 Volume and 1979 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article - Education

5-101.

(I) (1) IN ADDITION TO THE INFORMATION REQUIRED BY
THIS SECTION, THE ST. MARY'S COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION SHALL
INCLUDE UNDER SUBSECTION (C)(2)(II) "INSTRUCTIONAL SALARIES"
OF THIS SECTION THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS:

(I) INSTRUCTIONAL SALARIES:

1.  ART;

2.  ENGLISH LANGUAGE ARTS;

3.  FOREIGN LANGUAGE;

4.  INDUSTRIAL ARTS;

5.  MATHEMATICS;

6.  EDUCATIONAL MEDIA SERVICE;

7.  MUSIC;
