(2)  [amount] AMOUNT and kinds of authorized
bonded indebtedness, and of bonds and other forms of
evidence of indebtedness issued and outstanding[,];

(3)  [receipts] RECEIPTS and expenditures for the
year reported[,];

(4)  [the] THE amount paid as dividends and
interest upon bonds or other similar indebtedness[,];

(5)  [the] THE amount of salary paid to each
officer, by name, and the amount paid as wages to
employees[, and];

(6)  [the] THE location of its plants with a full
description of its plant and franchises, stating in detail
how each franchise stated to be owned was acquired; AND WHEN
APPLICABLE

(7) (I) A MONTHLY COMPILATION OF REVENUES
COLLECTED AS FUEL RATE ADJUSTMENTS UNDER § 54F OF THIS
ARTICLE;

(II)  A MONTHLY COMPILATION OF EXPENDITURES
WHICH WERE THE BASIS FOR ANY FUEL RATE ADJUSTMENT; AND

(III)  AN ANNUAL RECAPITULATION OF
SUBPARAGRAPHS (I) AND (II) OF THIS PARAGRAPH.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980.

(House Bill 1448)

AN ACT concerning

Criminal Jurisdiction - Theft and Bad Checks

FOR the purpose of altering the exclusive original

jurisdiction of the District Court for theft and bad
check cases; and mandating that all theft cases,
regardless of the value of the property stolen, and all
bad check cases, be tried in the District Court in the

first instance providing exclusive original

jurisdiction in the District Court for criminal
offenses involving bad checks.
