IN EACH COLONY THAT IT MAINTAINS, A BEEKEEPER SHALL
PROVIDE MOVABLE FRAMES, EACH OF WHICH MAY BE REMOVED FROM
THE COLONY WITHOUT CAUSING DAMAGE TO THE COMBS IN THE
COLONY.

(A)  A BEEKEEPER WHOSE APIARY IS LOCATED ON THE
PROPERTY OF ANY OTHER PERSON SHALL POST IN A CONSPICUOUS
PLACE IN THE APIARY ITS IDENTIFICATION NUMBER, AS ASSIGNED
BY THE DEPARTMENT, OR OTHER IDENTIFICATION APPROVED BY THE
DEPARTMENT.

(B) (1) THE DEPARTMENT SHALL GIVE TO THE OWNER OF AN
ABANDONED APIARY OR TO THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY ON WHICH
THE ABANDONED APIARY IS LOCATED NOTICE THAT, IF THE APIARY
REMAINS ABANDONED FOR MORE THAN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THE
NOTICE, THE DEPARTMENT MAY CONDEMN THE APIARY AND REMOVE ANY
COLONY.

(2) IF AN APIARY REMAINS ABANDONED FOR MORE THAN
30 DAYS FROM THE DATE THAT NOTICE IS GIVEN UNDER THIS
SUBSECTION, THE DEPARTMENT MAY CONDEMN AND REMOVE THE
APIARY.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980.

(House Bill 423)

AN ACT concerning

Gasohol - Alcohol Plant Fund License Tax

FOR the purpose of creating the Alcohol Plant Fund, to be
administered by the Board of Public Works; requiring
the Board of Public Works to use this Fund for the
construction and operation of alcohol manufacturing and
distributing facilities; altering the motor vehicle
fuel taxes to finance the Fund and to encourage use of
gasohol; to provide for the disposition of excess
amounts in the Fund; and making this Act an emergency
measure.

FOR the purpose of altering the motor vehicle fuel license
tax imposed upon gasohol for a certain period of time;
and making this Act an emergency measure.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
