Article 27 - Crimes and Punishments
139A.
(a) It is unlawful for any person to manufacture,
assemble, use or possess in this State, any device commonly
known as a firebomb or a Molotov cocktail. Such a device is
defined as any container which is filled with an incendiary
mixture or flammable material or liquid, and is designed and
intended to be used as a destructive device and whose
ignition is caused by flame, friction, concussion,
detonation or other method which will produce destructive
effects primarily through combustion rather than explosion.
This provision [shall] DOES not extend to those containers
that contain and that are primarily designed and approved
for the transportation or storage of a particular mixture,
material or liquid.
(b) Violation of this section is a [misdemeanor]
FELONY misdemeanor and is punishable upon conviction by
imprisonment in the penitentiary for not to exceed [three]
10 5 years, or by fine not to exceed [one thousand dollars
($1,000.)] $5,000 $2,500 or both.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980.

persons who place certain advertisements or
solicitations for certain work-at-home employment or
services under certain circumstances.
