Chapter 946 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
1977, Section 2, as amended by Chapter 574 of the Acts
of the General Assembly of 1978, Section 1

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF

MARYLAND, That chapter(s) of the Acts of the General

Assembly be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as
follows:

Chapter 946 of the Acts of 1977

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act

shall take effect July 1, 1977. It shall remain effective
for a period of [two] 7 years, and at the end of June 30,
[1980] 1984, and with no further action required by the
General Assembly, this Act shall be abrogated and of no
further force and effect.

Chapter 574 of the Acts of 1978

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF

MARYLAND, That chapter(s) of the Acts of the General

Assembly be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as
follows:

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977 and at the end of June 30,
[19801 1984, and with no further action required by the
General Assembly, this Act shall be abrogated and of no
further force and effect.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980.
