AGREEMENTS, LOAN SERVICING AGREEMENTS, FORMS OF MORTGAGES,
NOTES AND DEEDS OF TRUST, AND OTHER SECURITY, DOCUMENTS,
AGREEMENTS, PROVISIONS, AND OTHER MATTER AS THE COUNTY MAY
DEEM NECESSARY OR APPROPRIATE TO EFFECT THE FINANCING OF THE
PROGRAM. A TRANSACTION UNDER THIS SECTION SHALL IN NO EVENT
CONSTITUTE A CAPITAL PROJECT WITHIN THE MEANING OF ANY
CHARTER OR STATUTORY PROVISION. THE TRANSACTION SHALL BE
AUTHORIZED BY ORDINANCE OR RESOLUTION WITHOUT ANY REFERENDUM
OR OTHER PROCEDURE NOT APPLICABLE TO ALL ORDINANCES OR
RESOLUTIONS ENACTED IN THE COUNTY.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the
authority to issue and sell revenue bonds under this Act
shall expire on December 31, 1981.
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect June 1, 1980.

AN ACT concerning
Real Estate Commission - Continuing Education
FOR the purpose of providing for compliance with certain
continuing education requirements of the Real Estate
Commission; requiring authorizing the Commission to
revoke the license of certain licensees not complying
with certain requirements; altering certain continuing
education instruction requirements of the Real Estate
Commission; and making this Act an emergency measure.
