(K) (1) IN CAROLINE COUNTY, THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT
COURT SHALL DEPOSIT MONTHLY ALL APPEARANCE FEES COLLECTED
UNDER SUBSECTION (A) OF THIS SECTION INTO A SPECIAL ACCOUNT
TO BE KNOWN AS THE LAW LIBRARY FUND.

(2) THE FUND SHALL BE USED ONLY FOR THE LAW
LIBRARY OF CAROLINE COUNTY UPON RECOMMENDATION OF THE
CAROLINE COUNTY BAR ASSOCIATION

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

12-801.

(a)  In this subtitle the following words have the
meanings indicated.

(b)  "Borrower" means an individual who obtains a loan
or advance of money.
