EQUITY AND WHERE THE DEFENDANTS HAVE BEEN SERVED BY SUBPOENA
OR IN ANY OTHER MANNER PROVIDED BY LAW, ANY JUDGMENT OR
DECREE OBTAINED, SHALL HAVE THE FORCE AND EFFECT OF A
JUDGMENT IN PERSONAM; AND THE COMMISSION, IN THE NAME OF THE
DISTRICT, MAY SUE, OR FILE A BILL IN EQUITY TO ENFORCE ANY
LIENS AGAINST THE OWNER OF RECORD AT THE TIME THE SUIT IS
FILED OR AGAINST ANY OWNER OF RECORD BETWEEN THE DATES.

(4) PUBLICATION OF THE SUIT SHALL BE NOTICE TO
ALL PERSONS HAVING ANY INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY.

(G) (1) TO PROVIDE FOR THE ORGANIZATION AND
PRELIMINARY EXPENSES OF ANY NEWLY CONSTITUTED OR PROPOSED
SHARED FACILITY, THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DORCHESTER
COUNTY MAY FURNISH THE DORCHESTER COUNTY SANITARY DISTRICT,
INC., ANY SUM, AS IN ITS DISCRETION, IT DEEMS PROPER FOR THE
SHARED FACILITY.

(2) THIS SUM SHALL BE REPAID OUT OF THE FIRST
REVENUES RECEIVED BY THE DISTRICT FOR BENEFIT ASSESSMENTS
LEVIED AGAINST PROPERTIES SERVICED BY THE SHARED FACILITY.

(H) (1) THE DORCHESTER COUNTY SANITARY DISTRICT, INC.,
IS GRANTED THE POWER TO ADOPT AND AMEND RULES AND
REGULATIONS NECESSARY TO FURNISH SERVICES TO A SHARED
FACILITY.

(2) NO RULE OR REGULATION OR AMENDMENTS THEREOF
MADE BY THE DORCHESTER COUNTY SANITARY DISTRICT, INC.,
RELATING TO A SHARED FACILITY SHALL BE EFFECTIVE UNTIL
APPROVED BY THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DORCHESTER COUNTY
AFTER A PUBLIC HEARING.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980.

AN ACT concerning

Donated Food - Donor's Liability

FOR the purpose of providing that a person who donates food
for use by certain corporations, organizations, or
associations is not liable for civil damages under
certain circumstances; providing exceptions to this
Act; and providing certain State agencies with certain
inspection powers.
