      In the name of God Amen I John Williamson of Kent
   County in the State of Maryland being very weak and law in body
   but of perfect mind and memory thanks be to Almighty God for ~
   the same do make this my last Will and Testament in manner ~
   and form following —
   First I give and resign my presious and immortal Soul to Almighty
   God — 2dly. I give and bequeath unto my loving Wife Rebecca
   Williamson all my land during her natural life she commiting
   no waste nor making use of usanytimber more then for said land —
   always reserving a Sufficient quantity of timber and Woods for
   the land and for all my land and real Estate to go and descend -
   after my wifes death to my loving Brother Alexander Williamson
   and his heirs for ever. lawfully begotten. —
   3dly. I give and bequeath unto my loving Wife Rebecca Williamson ~
   one half of my personal or moveable estate ——
   4.thly I give and bequeath unto my loving Brother Alexander Williamson
   one fourth part of my personal or movable estate & to his heirs. ——
   5.thly I give and bequeath unto my loving Brother Joseph Lusby one —
   fourth part of my personal or movable estate and to his heirs. ——
   6.thly I give and bequeath unto my loving Wife Rebecca Williamson Six
   Silver table spoons, one silver cream pot, twelve silver tea spoons,
   a pair of silver tea tongs, one Silver tea strainer, and all that set
   China of every kind called her set of China.——
   7 thly I give and bequeath unto Lambert Wilmer son of Simon Wilmer
   one lot og Land lying near Chester Town known and distinguished
   by the number 7 and leased unto Daniel Metzler for the term —
   of ninety nine years renewable for ever and Subject to a ground
   rent of thirty Shillings currency pr annum to him and his heirs
   for ever, — 8,thly and lastly my Will and desire is that my wife —
   Rebecca Williamson shall pay all my just debts, and also receive &
   have all debts due me any manner of way. — In Testimony whereo[f]
   I have set my hand & fixed my Seal this 17th day of JuneMayone thousand Seven
   hundred & Eighty three. —                           John Williamson {seal}
