   March 21,st 1787 Then Came James Henry Ex,r of the last Will and Testament
   of Edm,d Bourke and made Oath that the within Instrument of writing is the true
   and whole Will and Testament of Edm.d Bourke deced that hath come to his hands
   or Possession, and that he doth not know of any other

   March 21,st 1787 Then Came Joseph Leary one of the Subscribing witnesses to the –
   within last Will and Testament of Edmund Bourke late of Kent County deced and
   made Oath on the Holy Evangels of Almighty God, that he did see the Testator —
   therein named Sign and Seal this will, and that he heard him Publish —
   Pronounce and Declare the Same to be his last will and Testament, that at the time
   of his so doing he was to the best of his Apprehension of Sound and disposing mind
   Memory and understanding, and that War.r Rasin and Jn,o Rumsey the other —
   Two Subscribing Witnesses was Present at the Same time and Signed then —
   Names as Witnesses to this Will, together with this deponant, in the Presence
   and at the Request of the Testator and in the Presence of each other —

    In the Name of God Amen I Lambert Smith of Kent County state
   of Maryland being sick and weak of body but of sound mind and disposing ——
   memory Blessed be God for it, do make this my last will and Testament in —
   Manner and form following to wit — S,t my Will and desire is that all my
   Just debts be paid — after which, my will and desire is that the Remainder of my
   Estate be Kept in the hands of my Executor herein after to be mentioned until
   all the Money shall become due on Bonds from a Certain William Falconar to me,
   and my Exet,r shall Receive the same. My will further is that the Intrest —
   of the af,d Money shall be paid unto my Mother yearly by my Ext,r as he shall
   Receive the same for the her support and maintenance ———————
   2,ly I Give and Bequeath all my Estate after my debts is paid at the time
   above mentioned to be Eaqually divided between my Mother and my
   Two sisters, Mary, and Anne Smith, but in Case my Mother should
