      The 6.th day of March | Then Came Robert Dunn^ Executor within men=
                                        =tioned, and made Oath on the Holy Evangels of Almigh=
  = ty God that the within Instrument of writing is the True and whole Will
     and Testament of Hezekiah Dunn Jun.r late of Kent County deced that hath
     come to his hands and Possession, and that he doth not know of any other of
     a later date Certifyed by Jn,o Nicholson Reg.— —

     March 6,th 1787 Then came W,m Brown and Polly Redgraves two of the —
     Subscribing Witnesses to the within last Will and Testament of Hezekiah Dunn J.r
     late of Kent County deced and Severally made Oath on the Holy Evangels of Almigh=
  = ty God that they did see the Testator therein Named sign and Seal this Will
     and that they heard him Publish Pronounce and declare the same to be his
     last will and Testament, that at the tame of his so doing he was to the best of
     their Apprehensions of Sound and Disposing mind Memory and under=
  = standing and that W,m Caulk the other Subscribing witness was Present at
     the same time and Signed his Name as a Witness to this will Together
     with these Deponants, in the Presence and at the Request of the Testator, and
     in the Presence of each other    Before Jn,o Nicholson Regr

     In the Name of God Amen   I Edmund Bourke of George Town
    Kent County Maryland being of a low State of Health, but of Sound and disposing
   mind and memory, do therefore make this my last will and Testament in manner
   and form as follows to Wit —   Item I give and bequeath unto my —
   loving Cousin Patt or Patrick Edwards of Ireland and Son of my Aunt
   who Maiden Name was Bourke Sister to my Father William Bourke, all my Real
   estate in Kent County Maryland and to him and his Heirs forever —   —   —
   Item I give and Bequeath unto James Scantling Son of Ann Scantling now
   of Cecil County and state af.d all that Lott Parcole or Tract of Land lying —
   and being in Westmoreland County State of Pensylvania Known by the —
   Number         as may more fully appear from the Records which said —
