     and Mary Hands and I do bequeath the same to them equally
to bedivided and in case of the death of either of my said Children —
   such part to go to such her Child or Children as she shall appoint
   or in such manner as she shall direct - —————
   Item — I Give and devise to my said3daughters to them and
   their Heirs forever as Tenants in Common my pew in the Church

   Item_ I Give and devise all the Interest money that may
   be due at my death on my Bonds and also one third part of the
   Principal of such Bonds to the use of my said daughter Sarah
   Wilmer for and during her Life and after her decease I devise
   the same to go and be equally divided between her four Daughters
   Elizabeth, Maria, Sarah, Rebecca, and Harriot —   ——
   Item, I Give and bequeath to my daughter Mary Hands one
   other third of the principal of such Bonds as I may be possessed
