180 it is my Wish and desire that the Whole of my said estate, arising from the sales aforesaid should be equally divided Share and Share alike beetween my most beloved Wife and Children as Tennants in Common and not as Jointenants And if either of my executors herein named die or Refuse to Act, it is my wish, and I do hereby will that the Survivor, shall have the same power and Authority as if the whole had acted and taken upon themselves the burthen, of my last will I do further order and appoint, that if my executors should die, and the Survivor of them, Should make a last will and Testament, and Constitute and appoint executors thereby, that, in such Case the said executors, or those of them that shall act, and take upon themselves the Charge of the said will shall have as full and ample powers as if they had been my executors herein Mentioned. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my Seal this 21st. day of May in the year 1786Ordain= = ing and hereby Constituting my beloved wife and my friend William Slubey executors and Trustees of this my last will excepting this David Jones {Seal} Signed sealed published and declared by the Testator as and for his last will and Testament in the presence of the Testator, and in the presence of each of the witnesses, who at his request do hereunto subscribe and set our hands as Witnesses thereto Pere.
