     In the Name of God Amen I Phillip Davis of Kent
    County in the State of Maryland Mariner . and at present being
   in perfect Health, and being of Sound disposing mind and—
   and Memory and being bound on a Voyage to Sea. do make
   ordain and declare this to be my last will and Testament
   revoaking all other will or Wills heretofore Made by me, & what
   worldly Goods it hath been pleased God to bless me with
                                           following
   I give and dispose off in Manner^ to Wit —————
   First I Give and Bequeath unto my Daughter Ann Elizabeth
        Davis One Negroe Gile Slave Named Beck as a Legacy
   Secondly . I Give and Bequeath unto my Daughter Mary Davis
           One Negroe Girl Slave Named Fillis as a Legacy——
   Thirdly I Give and Bequeath unto my Daughter Ann Davis
           one Negro Girl Slave Called Ann as a Legacy—   ——
   Fourthly I Give and Beaqueath unto my Daughter Sarah Davis
           one Negro Girl Slave Named Mint as a Legacy, and my.
          Will is that Twenty pounds Current Money shall be
     raised out of my Estate, and Applied to the Benefit of my
     said Daughter Sarahs Education over and above her part
     of the residue of my Estate ——————————
   And further my will and desire is that my Brother David —
   Davis is and hereby Excluded from any benefit Trust use Interest
   or profit that the Law Might intitle him to in my Estate,
   both real and personal, or any other Matter or thing that he
   in any wise Might Concern with it ——————————
   Item I Give and Bequeath unto my Loving Wife Mary Ann
   Davis one Negro Man Slave called Tom as a Legacy, and
