168 In the Name of God Amen I Phillip Davis of Kent County in the State of Maryland Mariner . and at present being in perfect Health, and being of Sound disposing mind and ordain and declare this to be my last will and Testament revoaking all other will or Wills heretofore Made by me, & what worldly Goods it hath been pleased God to bless me with following I give and dispose off in Manner^ to Wit First I Give and Bequeath unto my Daughter Ann Elizabeth Davis One Negroe Gile Slave Named Beck as a Legacy Secondly . I Give and Bequeath unto my Daughter Mary Davis One Negroe Girl Slave Named Fillis as a Legacy Thirdly I Give and Bequeath unto my Daughter Ann Davis one Negro Girl Slave Called Ann as a Legacy Fourthly I Give and Beaqueath unto my Daughter Sarah Davis one Negro Girl Slave Named Mint as a Legacy, and my.
