   bequeath the afd one Hundred and Eighty Acres of Land to my —
   Son Cuthburt Hall to him his Heirs or Assigns forever ——
   I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Ariminta Hall a Negrow Girl
   named Hannah, I give and bequeath unto my Son Hynson Hall a ~
   Mare that he commonly rides called Cate, my will and desire is —
   that after my Just Debt and funeral charges is paid, all the —
                               personal
   remainding part of my ^ Estate after my wifes thirds is taken out and
   the above Legetheys are likewise taken out be taken out, Equally —
   divided between my Children, Hynson, Samuel, James Araminta —
   and Christopher Hall, and lastly I do hereby Constitute and appoint my
   Son Cuthbert Hall my whole and Sole Executor of this my last Will and
   Testament, and I do hereby revoke and make nul and Void all former ~
   Wills heretofore by me made, And I do Constitute this as my last Will —
   and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & Seal
   this Sixteenth day of December Anno Domi 1781. ——

   Published and Declared —
   Signed Sealed and delivered this as my last Will and Testament in —
   presence of,   Oliver Smith, Tho.s Boyer, Jam.s Pearce. —
   January 17.th 1782 Then Came Oliver Smith and Thomas Boyer two of the
   Subscribing Witnesses to the within last Will and Testament of Christopher
   Hall late of Kent County deceased, and Severally made Oath on the Holy —
   Evangelist of Almighty God, that they did See the Testator therein named. ~
   Sign and Seal this Will, And that they heard him publish pronounce &
   declare the same to be his Last Will and Testament, that at the time of
   him so doing he was to the best of their apprehensions of sound & disposing
   mind, memory & Understanding, And that they these deponants together with
   James Pearce the other Subscribing Witness within named Subscribed their
   names as Witnesses to this Will in the presence, and at the request
   of the Testator, and in the presence of each other . ——
