(3)  Real and tangible personal property owned by
the Maryland Ornithological Society, Inc. and used solely
for the protection, preservation, and perpetuation of and
research, special study and teaching of plants and wildlife
unique to the area; AND

(4)  REAL THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS MAY
BY ORDINANCE OR RESOLUTION GRANT A CREDIT AGAINST LOCAL
TAXATION ONLY FOR REAL AND TANGIBLE PERSONAL PROPERTY OWNED
BY THE COMMUNITY CIVIC LEAGUE, INC., AT ITS DAY CARE CENTER
FACILITY.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1979.

(House Bill 181)

AN ACT concerning

Baltimore County - Shared Space in Public Schools

FOR the purpose of creating a Shared Space Council to
monitor and evaluate alternate uses for vacancies
existing in the Baltimore County public schools by one
or more agencies; providing for the appointment and
terms of county employee members; providing for the
appointment of county citizen members, their terms, and
duties; and requiring a certain report to the Baltimore
County School Board, and the County Executive; and
providing for the appointment of additional county
employee members by the County Executive.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
