(iv) Over 10,000 vehicles — $300,000
surety bond.

(2)  Each bond shall remain continuously in the
amounts specified in this subsection.

(3)  A manufacturer or distributor need file only
one bond, regardless of the number of makes of motor
vehicles manufactured or distributed.

(a) A manufacturer, distributor, or factory branch may
not refuse to deliver new [Class A] MOTOR vehicles, [new
Class B vehicles,] or new two-stage vehicles, as the case
may be, to a licensed dealer, in reasonable quantities and
within a reasonable time after receipt of a written order,
if:

(1)  The manufacturer, distributor, or factory
branch specifically advertises that these vehicles are
available for immediate delivery; and

(2)  The dealer has a franchise or other contract
with the manufacturer, distributor, or factory branch for
the sale of these vehicles to the public.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1979.

Bicyclists

FOR the purpose of including bicyclists in the definition of
pedestrian; allowing permitting a dismounted bicyclist
to remain walk a bicycle on the right side of the
highway; and allowing bicyclists to ride two abreast on
shoulders in certain instances.
