FOR the purpose of permitting the selling or delivering to

this State of beer in containers using certain gallon

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

A PERSON MAY NOT BE PROHIBITED FROM SELLING OR
DELIVERING TO WHOLESALERS OR RETAIL DEALERS OR RETAIL
DEALERS WITHIN THE STATE BEER BREWED OUTSIDE THE UNITED
STATES IN 13.209 GALLON, 13.5 GALLON, 50 LITER OR 51 LITER
CONTAINERS. BEER SOLD IN ANY SIZE CONTAINER BEER BREWED
OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES IN 13.209 GALLON, 13.5 GALLON, 50
LITER, OR 51 LITER CONTAINERS.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1979.
