SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article 81 - Revenue and Taxes

12H.

(D) IN ADDITION TO THE GRANTS PROVIDED IN SUBSECTIONS
(A) AND (C), THERE IS HEREBY GRANTED OUT OF THE GENERAL
FUNDS OF THE STATE FOR FISCAL YEAR 1980 ONLY THE FOLLOWING
AMOUNTS TO EACH COUNTY, THE CITY OF BALTIMORE, AND THE
MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS AND SPECIAL TAXING AREAS LISTED
