such license shall be sixty-five dollars ($65.00)] IS $130.

(G-2) IN FREDERICK COUNTY THE ANNUAL LICENSE FEE IS
$50.

such a license shall be $70] IS $140.

(f) In Frederick County, the annual LICENSE fee [for
such a license shall be eighty dollars ($80.00)] IS $160.

(E-l) IN FREDERICK COUNTY, THE ANNUAL LICENSE FEE IS

(m) In Frederick County the annual LICENSE fee is
[$325] $650.

(l) (1) In Frederick County the annual LICENSE fee
[for such, a license] is $1,500 for a restaurant and [$1,500]
$2,000 for a hotel.

(3) Such a license may be issued to a restaurant
which: (i) serves full-course meals at least twice daily;
(ii) has a regular seating capacity at tables (not including
seats at bars or counters) for 50 or more persons and (iii)
is operated in a physical plant which has a valuation for
purposes of State and local assessment and taxation of not
less than [$20,000] $40,000 and which has a valuation of
personal property for purposes of State and local assessment
and taxation of not less than [$3,000] $5,000. This license
in a restaurant does not permit sales for consumption
anywhere except on the premises on which meals are prepared
and served, except in the case of consumption of beverages
with an alcoholic content of not more than 12 percent by
volume.

(h) (1) The annual fee for the license is [$300] $600.
In Frederick County after June 1, 1949, this license may not
be issued to any club which has not been in business or
regularly operating for [a] AT least [three] 3 years prior
to applying for the license. This does not apply to any
nationally chartered and recognized bona fide fraternal,
charitable or veterans organization.
