AN ACT concerning

Carroll County - Alcoholic Beverages
(License Fees)

FOR the purpose of providing for certain license fees for
certain classes of alcoholic beverage licenses in
Carroll County; and clarifying language.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

Section 8(e), 9(e), 10(f), 11(e), 13(e), 14(d), 15(d),

16(h), and 18(i)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

8.  Beer license, Class A (off-sale).

(e) In Carroll County, the annual license fee [for
such a license shall be forty dollars ($40.00)] IS $80 $100.

9.   Beer license, Class B (on-sale) — Hotels and
restaurants.

(e)  In Carroll County the annual license fee [for such
a license shall be seventy-five dollars ($75.00)] IS $150
$130.

10.  Beer license, Class C (on-sale) - Clubs.

(f)  In Carroll County the annual license fee [for such
a license shall be forty dollars ($40.00)] IS $80 $50.

11.  Beer license, Class D (on-sale) — Generally.

(e) In Carroll County, the annual license fee [for
such a license shall be seventy-five dollars ($75.00)] IS
$150 $130.

13.  Beer and light wine license, Class A (off-sale).

(e) In Carroll County, the annual license fee [for
such a license shall be fifty dollars ($50.00)] IS $100
$140.

14.  Beer and light wine license, Class B (on-sale) - Hotels
and restaurants.
