(m-l-a) For the purpose of qualifying for a seven-day
license, clubs defined in this section shall have an
enclosed dining area that has a seating capacity for [sixty]
60 or more persons; [serves] SERVE full-course meals from
menus at least twice daily; and during the effective period
of the license [has] HAVE daily average receipts from the
sale of food in excess of those for the sale of alcoholic
beverages. The annual fee for a seven-day license [shall
be $300.00] IS $35© 300.

21. Beer, wine and liquor license, Class D (on-sale) -
Taverns, etc.

(j) (1) In Worcester County, [the] THESE licenses
shall be issued only within the corporate limits of Ocean
City.

(2)  The annual fee for the six-day license is
$[1,000] 1,150 1,000.

(3)  The annual fee for the seven-day license is
$[1,250] 1,450 1,250.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the
captions included with the sections of Article 2B as found
in this Act are for purposes of explanation only and may not
be considered to be part of the law.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That should any
other measure be enacted during the 1979 Session of the
General Assembly which deals with the percentage of alcohol
by volume in light wines for a Class C (on-sale) beer and
light wine license in Worcester County, that other measure
shall supersede the provisions of this Act.

SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1979.
