SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article - Courts and Judicial Proceedings

2-506.

(a) A bailiff shall receive the compensation provided
in this section. Unless otherwise provided, the amount is a
per diem sum for each day he attends the circuit court.

(14) Howard County — f$5] AS SET BY THE COUNTY
COUNCIL GOVERNMENT.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1979.

AN ACT concerning

           Anne Arundel County - Alcoholic Beverages

(Hours of Sale and Sunday Sales)

FOR the purpose or amending certain class licenses which may
sell alcoholic beverages between certain hours in Anne
Arundel County; and amending certain class licenses
which are not required to have a Sunday license
omitting an exception from the special Sunday license
requirements in Anne Arundel County.
