Article 16 - Montgomery County
56-16.
Both the revenue bonds and general obligation serial
bonds issued under this section shall be authorized by
resolution of the county council for Montgomery County and
may be issued in one or more series and shall bear [such]
THE date or dates, be payable upon demand or mature at
[such] THE time or times, bear interest at [such] THE rate
or rates, [not exceeding six per centum per annum,] be in
[such] THE denomination or denominations, be in [such] THE
form either with or without coupon or registered, carry on
[such] THE conversion or registration privileges, have
[such] THE rank or priority, be executed in [such] THE
manner, be payable in [such] THE medium of payment, at
[such] THE place or places, and be subject to [such] THE
terms of redemption (with or without premium), be secured in
[such] THE manner, and have [such] THE other
characteristics, as may be provided by [such] THE resolution
or trust indenture or mortgage issued pursuant [thereto] TO
THIS SECTION. [Such] THESE bonds [shall] ARE not [be]
subject to the provisions of sections 9, 10, and 11 of
article 31, Annotated Code of Maryland, 1957, as amended.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1979.

AN ACT concerning
Health Care Malpractice Claims - Appeals
FOR the purpose of requiring a party who rejects the
arbitration award to file with the Director of the
Health Claims Arbitration Office a notice of rejection,
a copy of the action in court, and requiring the Clerk
of the Court to file with the Director a copy of the
verdict.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
