SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act is
hereby declared to be an emergency measure and necessary for
the immediate preservation of the public health and safety
and having been passed by a yea and nay vote supported by
three-fifths of all the members elected to each of the two
Houses of the General Assembly, the same shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

AN ACT concerning
General Assembly - Legislative Policy Committee
FOR the purpose of increasing the membership of the
Legislative Policy Committee; repealing the provision
that the Director of the State Department of
Legislative Reference is the secretary of the committee
providing that staff assistance to the committee shall
be provided by the State Department of Legislative
Reference; repealing provisions relating to
expenditures of the committee, relating generally to
the Legislative Policy Committee of the General
Assembly; correcting an error; and making this Act an
emergency measure.
