by the Comptroller of the Treasury, commencing with the

F. Y. 1981 budget submission. The expenditures of

appropriations provided by this budget for F.Y. 1980 shall
also be reported and accounted by the sub—object
classifications in accordance with the instructions
promulgated by the Comptroller of the Treasury.

SECTION -9- 11. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That
pursuant to the provisions of Article III, Section 52 (5a) of
the Constitution of Maryland, the following total of all
proposed appropriations and the total of all estimated
revenues available to pay the appropriations for the 1980
fiscal year is submitted:
