deleted from this program.

Division - of Correction--
Headquarters: The

appropriation of $375,000 is

reduced by $300,000 for the

acquisition of land for the

construction of a Community

Adult Rehabilitation Center

in Anno Arundel County in
this program. The remaining
$75,000 of the appropriation
shall bo expended solely for
the preparation of plans for
a Community Adult

located at the site of an
existing correctional
facility and shall bo
expended only after
consultation with the Anne
Arundel County Executive and
County Council.

The elimination of these
