other State unit having jurisdiction of and supervision over
the public and potable water supplies of the State. The
rules and regulations adopted may recognize a variation in
the primary use or construction of wells, and of the
materials penetrated in different localities.

Article - Transportation

11-134.1.

"Moped" means a bicycle that:

(2) Is equipped with pedals that mechanically
drive the [real] REAR wheel or wheels;

Article 64A - Merit System

50.

The number of employees in the classified service
employed on a part-time basis shall not at any time exceed 5
percent of the total number of employees in the classified
service, except that in transferring soil conservation
district employees (§ 8-203 (e) of the Agriculture Article
and [§ 9] SECTION 9P of this article) to the State merit
system more than 5 percent of such employees may be part
time until such time as funding is available to make each
position full time.
