(a) A layaway agreement shall include:

(11) The layaway price, which is the sum of
paragraphs (6) and [(7)] (9); and

3-808.

(a) Except as provided in subsection (b) and (c), the
petition, if any, shall be filed in the county where the
child resides or is domiciled.

(b)  If delinquency or violation of § 3-831 is alleged,
the petition[, if any], IF ANY, shall be filed in the county
where the alleged act occurred subject to transfer as
provided in § 3-809.

(c)  If the alleged delinquent act is escape or
attempted escape from a training school or similar facility
operated by the Juvenile Services Administration, the
petition, if any, shall be filed and the adjudicatory
hearing held in the county where the alleged escape or
attempted escape occurred unless the court in the county of
the child's domicile requests a transfer. For purposes of
the disposition hearing, proceedings may be transferred as
provided in § 3-809 to the court exercising jurisdiction
over the child at the time of the alleged act.

Article - Education

7-304.

(d) (4) Any person who violates any provision of this
[section] SUBSECTION is guilty of a misdemeanor and on
conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $100 for each
violation.

12-113.

(c) (1) The Commission consists of 11 members
appointed by the Governor with the advice and consent of the
Senate. Of the members:

(i) Each shall be qualified to deal with
the matters within the authority of the Commission;

(ii) Five shall be volunteer emergency
services personnel or instructors;

(iii) Three shall be emergency services
instructors who are career personnel representing the
academies[.];

(iv) Two shall be career emergency
services personnel who are not instructors; and
