EMERGENCY BILL

AN ACT concerning

Vehicles and Traffic

FOR the purpose of repealing in its entirety Subtitle
26, "Vehicles and Traffic" of the Prince George's County
Code, 1975 Edition, and enacting, in lieu thereof, a new
Subtitle 26 relating to vehicles and traffic and to bring
the law of Prince George's County relating to vehicles and
traffic into conformance with the model traffic ordinance
prepared by the National Committee on Uniform Traffic Laws
and Ordinances for use by cities and counties and to provide
certain exceptions.

BY repealing:

SUBTITLE 26. VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC.
Sections 26-101 through 26-127.6,
The Prince George's County Code
(1975 Edition, 1977 Supplement, as amended by
CB-15-1978).

BY adding:

SUBTITLE 26. VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC.
Sections 26-101 through 26-164,
The Prince George's County Code
(1975 Edition, 1977 Supplement).

Collective Bargaining Agreement —
Police Civilian Employees Association

FOR the purpose of amending the collective bargaining
agreement to increase the County's contribution to the
monthly premium rate for group health insurance to
seventy—five percent (75%).
