AN ACT concerning

Municipal Exemption to Trash Truck Licensing

FOR the purpose of clarifying the provisions of Section
21—121 of the County Code as it applies to Section 21-108
and 21—109 so as to exempt certain municipalities from the
license requirement for vehicles hauling garbage.

BY repealing and reenacting with amendments:

SUBTITLE 21. REFUSE.

Section 907 of the Prince George's County Charter

FOR the purpose of providing that persons covered by
collective bargaining agreements containing an exclusive
grievance procedure shall be limited to that procedure if a
remedy can be provided through the contractual procedure.
