AN EMERGENCY ACT to amend Chapter 11B of the Montgomery
County Code, 1972, as amended, title "Contracts, Purchases,
and Dispositions" by repealing Section 1 of Chapter 42, Laws
of Montgomery County, 1978, to ensure that Article VIII,
title "Ethics in Public Service and Contracting" is not
repealed and repealing only that portion of Section 2 of
Chapter 32, Laws of Montgomery County, which repealed
Section 11B—44 title "Interest in Contracts or Purchases
Generally; Penalties".
