AN ORDINANCE to add new Section 17-703(p) to the Anne
Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title
17, "Taxation", Subtitle 7, "Miscellaneous Taxes", to follow
immediately after Section 17-703(o) thereof, establishing
the Amberley Special Community Benefit District, and setting
forth the purposes thereof.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal and re—enact, with amendments,
Sections 15—508(b) and (c) of the Anne Arundel County Code
(1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 15, "Public Works",
Subtitle 5, "Storm Haters", as added by Bill 16-77, to
change certain requirements pertaining to the construction,
maintenance and operation of storm water management
facilities, to establish certain bond requirements and fees
for storm water management facilities, and generally
relating to storm water management.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal Section 12-17 36 of the Anne
Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title
12, "Licenses, Permits and franchises", Subtitle 17,
"Miscellaneous Licenses, Permits and Franchises", Article V,
"CATV Franchises", and to enact new Section 12-1736 in lieu
thereof to stand in the place of the Section repealed, to be
under new Article VI, "Disabled Person Parking Permit", to
clarify the nature of a temporary handicap and to eliminate
the two dollar permit fee; and matters generally related
thereto.
